Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Spicy Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package tortilla chips (10 to 12 ounces)
  • 1 small tomato, diced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • Tips

    • To warm the tortilla chips for the nachos, arrange on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.  Bake at 350°F. for 5 minutes or until warm.
    • For Nachos Supreme, cook 1/2 pound ground beef in a 10-inch skillet and pour off any fat.  Stir in the soup and milk and cook until hot.  Spoon over the tortilla chips and top with tomato and cilantro.

    Heat the soup and milk in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until hot, stirring often.

    Arrange the chips on a serving platter.  Spoon the soup mixture over the chips.  Top with the tomato and cilantro.
