We love noodle bowls, especially this Sesame Garlic Chicken Noodle Bowls recipe- it's got chicken and veggies in a flavorful sauce and you can make it four different ways!  Why is that important?  Because the sesame garlic cooking sauce works on the stovetop, in the oven, in a slow cooker and in a multi-cooker, so you can have perfectly seasoned noodle bowls no matter how you feel like cooking that day.  Want to be more hands-on?  Stovetop.  Rather do something else while it cooks?  Oven, slow cooker or multi-cooker.  If you have to cook, why not make it easy?

  • Tips

    • To make in the oven, omit the oil and substitute sliced carrots for shredded.  Arrange the chicken and vegetables on a rimmed baking sheet coated with cooking spray.  Pour the sauce over all.  Bake at 425°F. for 18 minutes or until the chicken is done.  Serve with cooked noodles.
    • To make in the slow cooker, omit the oil and substitute sliced carrots for shredded.  Layer the vegetables and chicken (leave whole) in a 6-quart slow cooker.  Pour in the sauce.  Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours (or LOW for 6 hours) or until the chicken is done and the carrots are tender.  Serve with cooked noodles.
    • To make in a multi-cooker, omit the oil and add 1 cup water.  Substitute sliced carrots for shredded.  Layer the chicken, uncooked ramen noodles and vegetables in a 6-quart multi-cooker.  Pour in the sauce and water.  Do not stir.  Lock the lid and the close pressure release valve.  Pressure cook on High pressure, setting the timer for 4 minutes.  When done, press Cancel and quick release the pressure.  Stir before serving.
