This Ham & Asparagus Strata, while perfect for brunch, is also perfect for dinner, since it's ready to bake much faster than the usual strata. There's no prep needed- the stuffing, cheese, asparagus and ham go into the baking dish, then the soup mixture is poured over the top. Step 1
Heat the oven to 350°F. While the oven is heating, stir the stuffing, cheese, asparagus and ham in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Beat the soup, milk, eggs and mustard in a medium bowl with a fork or whisk. Pour over the stuffing mixture. Stir and press the stuffing mixture into the milk mixture to coat (the stuffing mixture will soak up the liquid as it bakes).
Step 3
Bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
