These Cheesy Air Fryer Cauliflower Bites have all the makings of a hit appetizer: a crispy crust, and an unexpectedly rich, umami flavor throughout, thanks to using Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup as a hack for binding the breading. Best of all, they are ready to serve in just 20 minutes. Try presenting them with a side of marinara sauce, chipotle-infused mayo, creamy avocado dip, or all three! And, if you do not have an air fryer, you can also bake them in the oven - check out the tips below to learn how.
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Stir the soup, onion powder and dry mustard in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat.
Step 2
Stir the cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl. Spread the cauliflower on a sheet pan or plate to allow you to evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on the cauliflower.
Step 3
Spray the basket with cooking spray, then place the cauliflower into the air fryer basket (if your air fryer is small, cook the cauliflower in 2 batches). Air fry for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is lightly browned and tender.
