We love noodle bowls, especially this Sesame Garlic Chicken Noodle Bowls recipe- it's got chicken and veggies in a flavorful sauce and you can make it four different ways! Why is that important? Because the sesame garlic cooking sauce works on the stovetop, in the oven, in a slow cooker and in a multi-cooker, so you can have perfectly seasoned noodle bowls no matter how you feel like cooking that day. Want to be more hands-on? Stovetop. Rather do something else while it cooks? Oven, slow cooker or multi-cooker. If you have to cook, why not make it easy?
Step 1
Cook and drain the noodles according to the package directions. While the noodles are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Step 2
Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli, carrots and pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Step 3
Return the chicken to the skillet. Add the sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is done. Serve in bowls with the noodles.
